Two sisters.

Will I feel sick during the flush?
Most people don't. Some experience mild, short-lived nausea on the night of the flush — it passes quickly. The more closely you follow the prep protocol, the smoother the experience. By the afternoon of Day 7, most people feel completely normal.
Do I need to stay home all day on Day 7?
Just the morning. Plan to be near a bathroom from your first salt shot at 6am through about 11am. By late morning, most people are back to full function and can go about their day.
